Dana Collette, BA, JD
Dana is excited to be involved in the local community, using her education, skills and knowledge to help organizations meet valuable goals.
Dana has over 30 years’ experience working in the areas of business, law and education, in private and public sectors. She has also been a member of several boards of directors for not-for-profit organizations.
Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology & Sociology and a Juris Doctor, both from UVic. Dana is certified as an ISW (Instructional Skills Workshop) facilitator and keeps up to date through relevant courses, such as those related to facilitation offered at the Justice Institute.
Dana is west coast born and, while she has also lived elsewhere, she is most at home enjoying the lifestyle our stunning Vancouver Island offers. Dana is an avid hiker, kayaker, paddle-boarder, reader, writer, photographer, sewer & knitter who is fortunate to enjoy a wonderful community of family and friends nearby and afar.
